Oh that’s interesting RIchard – this part of the wood is very different to the other, I felt very eerie there but couldn’t explain quite why – when I looked at the shots later they were all bars and strikes like this – spooky…! I was wondering if I’d captured that or if it was just in my memory..
You’ve definitely captured that sense of alienation and unsettledness I feel when I’m alone in woods.
Really love the fifth image. And you’re absolutely right – there are places that just don’t want us there sometimes.
