It suddenly occurred to me this week that if I did more shooting practice indoors using food and things, that it would give me a great excuse to make lots of cakes, breads, and other delicious things!
.
The un-baked bread was flatter than my usual bread, and had a slight sheeny skin..maybe it’s because of the olive oil?
.
.
Ok, now don’t laugh. Mr Loaf turned out a knubbly, odd looking thing. “Rustic” ?! .
.
.
But he tasted so good!
.
Texture inside looks very fine! (and so tempting to this gluten-free hostage)
Thanks! Actually this is funny – this is a post from 2012, I’ve no idea why it’s showing as a new one! I did some mucking about in the archives and so I think I did something strange. But, the other funny (sort of) thing is that I was diagnosed as a coeliac a few months after this post and so I too am now not allowed any of these nice things!
Oh, wow. Yeah, I miss making bread, but still have the photos and enjoy the aromas.
A new career in food photography😊
Your bread has a smiley face.

Aw thanks Sarah, you’re always so kind! This is actually an old post that has reposted itself – it is making me want to get back to this kind of thing though!
