I really like the simplicity and solidity of many of your shore studies. Here—clouds and a beach; lightly dotted with figures. There’s a sense of scale which is very beautiful.
At times, your approach recalls some of Joel Meyerowitz’ images from Cape Cod…except in B&W.

If you can find a copy of Meyerowitz’ Cape Light, he shot the entire book with a normal lens.
